Takee Technology uses FS Express and EMS Express, which covers all over the country and provides you with good and timely service.

Delivery Coverage

Takee Technology’s delivery coverage covers the majority of the main land China, but excludes Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas area. For detailed delivery coverage, please refer to the official website of SF Express and EMS.

Pricing Standard

Delivery fees will be covered by Takee. You will not be charged for additional delivery fees.

Delivery Schedule

1. Shipping Date

Usually Takee Technology will start the delivery within 1 to 2 days after receiving your payment. If the product is open to booking, the delivery date of what the website page shows shall prevail. (The real delivery date may be later than what is shown on the website page.)

2. Receipt Date

SF Express is in charge of the delivery. Usually if the destination of a product is within Guangdong province, it will take 1 to 2 days to finish the delivery, other provinces (except Xinjiang, Tibet, Inner Mongolia) 2 to 7 days to finish the delivery. For detailed delivery duration, please refer to the official website of SF Express and EMS.

Status of the Delivery

When your product is delivered, a delivery number will be generated, and you could monitor the status of the delivery by entering the delivery number to the official website of SF Express and EMS.

Checking the delivery status on SF Express official website

Before checking the delivery status, please make sure that your delivery number is from SF Express. The delivery number of SF Express consists of 12 digital numbers and usually starts with the last 3 digital numbers of the local telephone code.

Enter the delivery number into the upper left box of SF Express website; then enter the PIN word, and finally click “check”. In so dong, you can get the latest delivery status.

Checking the delivery status on EMS official website

Before checking the delivery status, please make sure that your delivery number is from EMS Express. The beginning two places and ending two places of the delivery number of EMS are English letters, while the middle places are 9 digital numbers.

Enter the delivery number into the upper left box of EMS website; then enter the PIN word, and finally click “check”. In so dong, you can get the latest delivery status.

Problems & Solutions during the delivery

1. Long duration of Delivery

If you find that the delivery duration of your product is too long or the delivery process is too slow, you can contact the service person of SF Express or EMS to ask them to improve their efficiency.
