2、Notice:
In order to address your after-sales request more efficiently, please follow the return and/or exchange procedure:
1) Please send back the whole set of product (including package, accessories and gifts). We will not accept your return order if there is any missing item in the whole set of product.
2)Please write down your name, contact telephone number, order number and product return reason on a piece of paper, so that we can record your complaint and give you feedback soon.
3)After receiving your returned mobile phone, out engineer will take 1 to 5 days to make appraisal of it. If there is quality problem, we will cover the postage; otherwise, you should cover the postage.
4)We will not accept postage-unpaid delivery. If there is quality problem, we will rebate the postage to your appointed account. Under such circumstances, please provide your Express Bill for Shipper Copy.

1. Maintenance fee: materials fee+labor cost+carriage;
2. Materials fee: if more than one material is used, the materials will all be counted according to the above price table

Labor cost: software upgrade RMB 50, first level maintenance fee RMB 50, second level maintenance fee RMB 100, third level maintenance fee RMB 150; zero level material will be bought by the user, and no labor cost will be added; labor cost will be counted once only depending on the highest level maintenance fee;
4. Express insurance premium: if the customer himself sends back the product, the customer should cover the premium.
