Responsibility:
1. Through on-line instant messenger, telephone, QQ and trademanager, answer on-line customers’ questions about product and purchasing;
2. Before Sales: give introduction to potential customers and help broker deals;
During Sales: monitor manufacture and logistics
After Sales: address customers’ complaints and return/exchange products;
3. Find the root of problems, and provide reasonable solution;
4. Timely report and solve problems;
5. Establish good relationship with customers, and provide professional service to customers.
Requirements:
1. Good awareness of customer serving, being easy to approach, diligent and patient;
2. Good communicating skills and capacity to deal with emergencies and problems;
3. Good reasoning ability and could find problems from the trivial;
4. Basic knowledge on the service of e-commerce and have your own idea towards e-commerce service;
5. Have interest in communications industry and could actively monitor the development and changes of the communications industry;
6. Having work experience in mobile phone customer service will be preferred.
